Rosie Coelho is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist who has been practicing since 2014. With a background in psychology and a deep appreciation for the connection between body and mind, she takes an integrative approach to health, combining acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to support the body’s natural healing processes, encourage deep relaxation, and address underlying imbalances.

Rosie has a special passion for women’s health, supporting women through the many phases of life, from menstrual concerns and fertility to the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. She also works with patients experiencing digestive concerns, headaches and migraines, thyroid imbalances, seasonal allergies, anxiety, depression, and musculoskeletal pain. Her approach is gentle, attentive, and individualized, recognizing that every person has a unique story and deserves care that honors their individual needs.

Originally from Brazil, Rosie is fluent in both Portuguese and English. Outside the clinic, she enjoys meditation, hiking, traveling, and gardening. She finds joy in spending meaningful time with her family and connecting with nature, and she brings these same values of compassion, presence, and gratitude into her work as a practitioner.

My name is Shiloah Howard, I am a licensed acupuncturist in Frederick, CO. I have graduated with a Master of Acupuncture degree from the Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture in December 2014. I am certified as a Diplomat of Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and am licensed to practice in the state of Colorado.
